About Us
I was born and raised on the island of Mallorca to a Spanish father and an English mother, which has given me fluency in both languages and a deep understanding of both cultures.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have worked in various aspects of property, from construction to sales. In 2008, I founded Peace of Mind, a company offering property management and administration services.
Having spent my life in Mallorca, I have established strong connections within professional service sectors, enabling me to provide top-notch assistance and ensure that our clients are well taken care of.
Our Services
KEY HOLDING & SECURITY
We will securely store your keys and coordinate subcontractors for tasks under our supervision. We can also be the first point of contact for any issues with alarm systems and help with obtaining quotes for a new system and arranging its installation.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We specialize in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to achieve specific goals within defined timeframes and budgets, ensuring dedication to success no matter how big or small the project is.
PROPERTY CHECK
In response to client requests, we will conduct regular property inspections, whether it be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. In the event of severe weather conditions, the properties will always be checked to ensure no damage
has occurred.
GARDENING AND POOL CARE
We guarantee that the garden and pool will be looked after and maintained according to the owner's specifications. If clients require a new company to handle this maintenance, we can provide quotes.
CLEANING
Cleaning services will be scheduled based on the client's preferences, with thorough checks carried out to ensure a proper and comprehensive job.
HANDYMAN SERVICES
We can assist with a range of tasks, both small and large, within properties through our team of professional subcontractors.
